Setting people up for success is my focus.  The most pleasure I have in my job is coaching people to be the best they can in something they like doing every day.

Michelle joined CFR in 1997 starting on the Accounting team within CFR. It was quickly apparent she had an aptitude for organization and personnel development as well as insurance coverage and application. She moved into an Account Executive position a few years later where her focus was on helping clients with risk reduction. In January 2007 Michelle was named to the Executive Management Team of CFR where she is currently Vice President of Agency Operations. Michelle's focus is oversight of training and analysis of various resource needs.

Michelle has been active on the Research and Development Committees for AMS360 and previously on AFW (Agency Management System for Windows). She is Vice President of the AMS360 Large Agency Chapter and has previously served on various Education Committees teaching classes on new development features of software systems.

Michelle holds a designation of Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC).
