Miranda has been with CFR for more than half of her insurance career.

Besides holding an agent's license in P&C and Life & Health, she has earned herCIC and CISR designations.

In 2005, Miranda received the Oklahoma Outstanding Customer Service Representative of the Year Award through the Independent Insurance Agents of Oklahoma. She then went on to be chosen as one of two National Outstanding CSR of the Year winners for 2005.

Miranda is a graduate of Northeastern State University, Tahlequah, Oklahoma.
